Bilastine

Bilastine is an oral antihistamine medication that belongs to the second-generation H1 receptor blockers class. It is used to relieve symptoms associated with allergic conditions, such as hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis), chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives), and other allergic skin reactions.
Bilastine works by selectively blocking the histamine H1 receptors, thereby preventing the release of inflammatory mediators and reducing the allergic response.
