Denosumab

Denosumab is a monoclonal antibody medication used for the treatment of certain bone diseases. It is a biologic agent that targets and neutralizes the activity of a protein called RANKL, which is responsible for the breakdown of bone. By inhibiting RANKL, denosumab increases bone density and reduces the risk of fractures in patients with osteoporosis.
